All products sold on our website are custom-made based on the photos and instructions provided by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds or returns are generally not possible once production has started, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Customers will receive a digital preview within approximately 48 hours and may request minor adjustments before approving the final design. Production begins only after the customer approves the preview.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review the issue, customers must provide:
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
Order information
After reviewing the case, we will determine an appropriate solution.
3. Incorrect or Low-Quality Photos
Customers are responsible for providing clear and high-quality images.
We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by:
Low-resolution photos
Blurry or unclear images
Incorrect instructions provided by the customer
4. Order Changes
Minor adjustments can be requested during the preview stage.
Once the preview is approved and production has started, changes can no longer be made.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Production and delivery typically take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
