THEBRANDSOLUTION LTD collects minimal data to facilitate the Physical Manifestation of your Relic. This includes public wallet addresses via Thirdweb/Wert.io for ownership verification and email addresses provided during the Vault Access request to deliver 4K source assets.

Transactions occur on the Polygon Mainnet. Blockchain data (wallet addresses and transaction hashes) is public by design and immutable. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive financial credentials.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. We retain delivery emails only for as long as necessary to fulfill 4K Master Vault requests and comply with United Kingdom legal and financial reporting obligations.

Identity verification (KYC) is managed exclusively by Wert.io or other third-party processors. THEBRANDSOLUTION LTD does not see or store your government IDs or card details. Please refer to the independent privacy protocols of our processors for their data handling procedures.
