This website is operated by THEBRANDSOLUTION LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PortraitVibe.online. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Artwork Services

PortraitVibe.online provides custom digital illustration and physical canvas printing services. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that photo or have obtained express permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing imagery that is copyrighted, offensive, or of such low quality that a professional result cannot be guaranteed.

2. Digital Preview & Approval

  • Timeline: We aim to provide a digital preview for your review within 48 hours of order placement.

  • Adjustments: You are entitled to request minor adjustments to the digital preview to ensure the art meets your expectations.

  • Final Approval: Once you provide final approval (or “OK”) via email, the order is sent immediately to our printing facility. At this stage, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our custom canvases to the EU, US, UK, and other select international regions.

  • Production Time: Printing and packaging typically take 2–3 business days after your final artwork approval.

  • Shipping Window: Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days for the EU, US, and UK.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the item has shipped.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the EU/US/UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local customs authorities.

4. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

PortraitVibe.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers or customs hold-ups.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy (or the country where your company is registered). Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
