Refund & Cancellation

All Relics of Power are forged on the Polygon Mainnet (ERC-721). Due to the decentralized and immutable nature of blockchain technology, all transactions processed via the Thirdweb gateway or Wert.io on-ramp are final. Acquisition is tied to a fixed digital asset value; refunds are not possible due to price fluctuations in the underlying digital assets.

By minting, users acknowledge that they are gaining immediate access to the 4K High-Fidelity Vault. Under digital content regulations, once the "Master-Key" (NFT) is delivered and the proprietary 4096px square files are accessible, the service is considered fully performed and exempt from standard withdrawal periods.

Network transaction fees (Gas) are paid to the Polygon Network validators. These fees are external to the artifact price (49 USDC) and are non-collectable and non-refundable by THEBRANDSOLUTION LTD.

Identity verification (KYC) is required by Wert.io for fiat-to-NFT card payments. Transactions held under security review cannot be cancelled. We maintain a 0% dispute target and provide manual audits for all delivery requests.
